What should I expect at ChiroAnytime?
The ChiroAnytime experience is designed to be exceptional care on your schedule. Simply come in during our normal business hours and, should no patient be currently getting adjusted, you will be met by your doctor to begin the process. Should the doctor be treating a patient, simply sign in directly at the desk and the doctor will be with you shortly. New patients should expect to fill out intake paperwork about their history.
How long does a typical visit take?
It depends on the person and situation, but usually a new patient takes about 10 minutes (plus additional time for paperwork). The visit will include a detailed history analysis and exam performed by the licensed chiropractor, who will address any questions or concerns.
Is it $40 the first time only?
Every visit is only $40, no matter how many times you come in. There are no contracts or hidden fees forcing you into unnecessary care.
Do you do an exam?
We do an exam, consultation and report of findings on every new patient, as well as follow up exams at the appropriate times for existing patients. We go to great lengths to provide the most thorough care possible for each patient.
Don’t you need to take X-rays?
X-rays have not been shown to add to the effectiveness of a chiropractic treatment. Diagnostic imaging can be imperative if a fracture is suspected. More extensive imaging is required if the patient has a history or symptoms of a more sinister pathology, such as cancer. If this is the case, the chiropractor is trained to make the necessary referral.
Why doesn’t ChiroAnytime accept insurance?
ChiroAnytime believes in providing high-quality chiropractic care, regardless of a patient’s insurance plan. By eliminating the costs associated with filing insurance paperwork, we can offer affordable care to all patients without any insurance restrictions.
I heard once you go to a chiropractor you have to keep coming back. Is that true at ChiroAnytime?
Many patients freely choose to continue with maintenance care to achieve a healthy, pain-free lifestyle, just as one would continually visit a dentist for optimal oral care. Our fees are purposely affordable so that patients can receive chiropractic care on a regular basis if needed, rather than only when they are in extreme pain.
Do you adjust children?
Yes, ChiroAnytime provides pediatric chiropractic care for children. Regardless of age, we address issues in all patients that are preventing the proper communication between the nervous system and rest of the body.
Do I have to sign a contract or become a member?
Absolutely not. Each chiropractor will give you a specific treatment plan or recommendation, which will be specifically tailored to your needs.
How do you determine how many visits I need?
The number of recommended visits depends on the complexity of a patient’s condition. We typically start with 4-6 visits within a two-week period in order to see a positive change in the patient. After this initial period, we will re-evaluate the patient to see if ongoing care or a referral is necessary.
What type of education do chiropractic doctors receive?
All chiropractors receive the same Doctor of Chiropractic degree that requires in-depth study of anatomy, physiology, pathology, neurology, biomechanics, X-ray, spinal adjusting techniques and related subjects. To graduate with a Doctor of Chiropractic degree, each candidate must accomplish 6-8 years of college education and pass the National Board Examination. Following this examination, a doctor must then apply to a governmental or professional licensing board to pass a rigorous exam in order to practice. Doctors complete postgraduate instruction for license renewal and to stay current on the latest scientific research.
